Pilspetsen in Trelleborg – Timber Construction Project

In a long-term and close collaboration with Kian Properties, another successful project has reached completion.

From 2021 to 2023, Nordnest, together with Kian Properties, Preservia, Kaminsky Architecture, and Moelven, led the project encompassing two blocks containing around 50 apartments and terraced houses with great results. The property offers a modern and sustainable living environment while honouring Trelleborg’s rich architectural heritage. The buildings have been carefully designed to blend into the urban environment while providing modern amenities and a high standard of living for our tenants.
