Life Cycle Cost Analysis
Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC) shows the total costs of a building, product, material, or system solution over its lifetime, including construction costs, operation, maintenance, and demolition. This provides a comprehensive view of the economic viability differences between various investments throughout the lifecycle. LCC is the most suitable methodology for comparing competing options with different operational and maintenance costs.
LCC helps the client understand the long-term costs and benefits of different investments in the building, making it easier to make economically sustainable decisions. It also ensures that initial savings do not result in higher costs in the long run.
We deliver LCC reports that compile life cycle costs for local options and analyse different scenarios to identify the most economically sustainable solution. The report also includes sensitivity analysis of the most influential parameters that may change during the life cycle analysis period.
