With over 20 years in the construction industry, I have held roles ranging from carpenter and site supervisor to business developer. Since 2009, I have led companies and managed construction contracts on both the client and contractor sides. I have served as project manager, site manager, quality and environmental manager, design manager, and have handled procurement and cost estimation. I utilise digital tools aligned with PMI standards and agile methodologies for project management, focusing on optimising value creation both within and beyond projects.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, I have deep expertise in project management and strategic procurement. I lead projects from start to finish, always striving for excellent results. I am passionate about streamlining projects and fostering collaboration. As an owner and project manager, I understand the industry’s demands and prioritise high quality. With a background in architectural engineering and over 10 years of experience across academia, research, and practical design, she brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to advancing environmental innovation in the built environment.
