I have developed my own building system and am a co-owner of a house factory. As a property developer, I started my own construction company to meet my high-quality standards, which is now part of Nordnest. I have been involved in several property transactions and own a small portfolio of light industrial, office, and building rights, giving me a holistic understanding of business and the commercial potential of sustainability.

With over 20 years in the construction industry, I have held roles ranging from carpenter and site supervisor to business developer. Since 2009, I have led companies and managed construction contracts on both the client and contractor sides. I have served as project manager, site manager, quality and environmental manager, design manager, and have handled procurement and cost estimation. I utilise digital tools aligned with PMI standards and agile methodologies for project management, focusing on optimising value creation both within and beyond projects.
