He also has experience in strategic leadership, covering staff, budgets & planning. Today, he leads Nordnest’s work in energy systems, data centres and sustainable construction. Active in industry groups and boards, he promotes collaboration, innovation and circular solutions.

Focused business developer with experience across the value chain, from local planning to property management. Co-owner of a house factory and creator of a building system. Founded a construction company, now part of Nordnest, to meet high standards. With property transactions and a portfolio of industrial, office, and building rights, I bring a holistic view of business and the commercial potential of sustainability.

Tamina holds operational responsibility for brand building, business development, marketing, and sales across all Nordnest companies and business areas. In close collaboration with the CEO, CSO, and CFO, she leads the design and execution of go-to-market strategies, stakeholder mapping, commercial operations, and implementation.

Kania Shaker is a SAR/MSA architect, project manager and researcher specializing in sustainable buildings and energy efficiency. With a background in architectural engineering and over a decade of experience in academia, research and practical design, she brings a solution-driven approach to advancing environmental innovation in the built environment.

Anders is a senior specialist in high-performance computing and data centre infrastructure, with 30+ years in IT. He designs and manages advanced systems for demanding workloads, optimizing performance, cooling, energy use, and uptime. With experience from major enterprises and as a tech founder, he brings strong technical insight. Together with top experts, he delivers solutions that raise standards and push the limits of what data centres can achieve.

With over 20 years in the construction industry, I have held roles ranging from carpenter and site supervisor to business developer. Since 2009, I have led companies and managed construction contracts on both the client and contractor sides. I have served as project manager, site manager, quality and environmental manager, design manager, and have handled procurement and cost estimation. I utilise digital tools aligned with PMI standards and agile methodologies for project management, focusing on optimising value creation both within and beyond projects.

In close collaboration with senior consultants, he contributes to energy analyses, simulations and environmental assessments, supporting projects across different stages of the building process.

Alexander is an environmental and energy consultant specializing in environmental certification, energy coordination, and sustainable construction. With experience in established certification systems, energy audits, and efficiency measures, he combines his background as an energy engineer and certified Miljöbyggnad coordinator to deliver both technical expertise and a holistic perspective throughout the building process.
