Residential Development in Eskilstuna

Nordnest has been appointed as client representative and project management organisation for a groundbreaking residential project in Eskilstuna, where 16 homes will be constructed. The WUDD building system, which is Passive House certified, will form the basis for these homes.

Nordnest has established a partnership with WUDD to deliver the building system. Together, they will work to realise a vision of homes that combine elegant design with the latest in sustainable building technology. The project also aims to achieve both Nordic Swan and NollCO2 certifications, and will include modern solutions such as DC grids and solar power battery storage.
